A native of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Sara Campbell has lived in Nashville for the last 19 years, first in Hillsboro Village and currently in Forest Hills. She grew up immersed in the world of real estate, with her father a Realtor for over forty years and her mother a retired appraiser. She believes consistent communication, reliability, resourcefulness and a good working relationship with the other agent is paramount to a great experience.
Having updated or completely renovated six homes, she understands the value of functionality and aesthetics. Equipped with a degree in interior design from O'More College of Design, and a Certified Staging Advocate, Sara is particularly excited to advise sellers on thoughtful improvements and organizational strategies that will provide curb appeal and yield maximum financial return on her clients' real estate investments. She will deliver thoughtful strategy and first-class marketing that only Sotheby’s can provide, for a satisfying home-selling experience.
She is also eager to help buyers find their 'perfect home,' or one that offers that potential by helping them visualize what it could be with a quick sketch of changes or improvements. She relieves the stress of many aspects of the transaction, such as inspections, meeting repair professionals, coordinating with a professional organizer or moving concierge, and many other small things that add up. Whether you're a first-time home buyer or a seasoned home owner, she will explain the paperwork involved and what can be expected from day one to closing day before you jump into the market. Buying sight-unseen? She’s had experience with that too.
Sara and her family live in West Nashville, with kids in both public and private schools. Her husband, Will, is a Nashville native and has worked in healthcare business for the last 25 years. Her perfect day would be walking her dog, reading, poolside with her family, buying a new piece of furniture, french fries, not going to the grocery store, and dinner with funny friends.
